Since its founding in 1954, Glenelg Country School has benefited enormously from the dedicated involvement and generosity of parents, faculty, alumni, and friends. Thanks to such support, we have been able to maintain our founding ideals: In every division, we place each student at the center of education-emphasizing individual needs and self-discovery. As a community, we emphasize respect, compassion, excellence, and integrity.
When you give to GCS, you play a crucial role in educating students who will become America's future leaders. In our first half century, we have grown from a Manor House to a campus of state-of-the-art facilities for the Primary, Middle, and Upper Schools. We are currently completing the final stages of a long-range plan that will create a campus equal to any in the Baltimore-Washington region.
Sustaining such momentum, however, requires ongoing support. With your support, GCS will continue to have the flexibility, vision, and ability to chart new horizons and to educate students who will shape the course of their communities and country.
