An Excellent Faculty

Our team of 115 faculty members and 13 assistant teachers provides an overall student:faculty ratio of 6:1. Our teachers are truly dedicated to their profession, and many are pursuing advanced coursework and degrees to build upon their existing credentials with the support of the School. Of the 115 faculty members, all hold Bachelor’s degrees, 49 hold Master’s degrees, and 2 hold Doctorates. 65% of the Upper School faculty holds advanced degrees.
In addition to the faculty, Glenelg Country School employs an administrative team of 12 and a staff of 35 who work year-round in the areas of administrative assistance, accounting, development, maintenance and operations, admission, technology, nursing, and extended day.
