A Pumpkin Patch Comes to GCS

Little Dragons 3 teacher, Mrs. Melissa Johnson, coordinates an annual pumpkin patch field trip for her class. Due to the pandemic, the three-year-olds aren't able to partake in this tradition. Instead, Mrs. Johnson brought the pumpkin patch to Glenelg Country School. First, students spent the morning collecting leaves for the pumpkin patch. Then, one by one, each Dragon picked a pumpkin to take home. The on-campus field trip experience ended with lunch around the pumpkin patch.

An independent school serving students from age 2 through grade 12 in Howard County, Maryland.
